About Cadenza's Private Events

 

We are pleased to offer a variety of options for groups and events including business dinners & presentations, rehearsal dinners,  receptions, wine tastings, and everything in between! Our beautiful room accommodates up to 85 people seated at tables of 4. Many different table arrangements are possible including single tables, grouped tables, lecture hall, and boardroom.

FACILITIES

 

• Your reservation includes time before your event for setup and after for clean up.

• We can provide AV equipment for your event including a projector and screen, wireless hand-held microphone, and connection to the house speaker system.

• Our dimmable house lighting can be tailored to the atmosphere of your event.

• We can arrange live music in your choice of genre or will provide access to our sound system for your own performers.

• A member of Cadenza's staff will be on-site to facilitate any requests or answer questions.

• Men's and Women's restrooms are conveniently located just outside of the event space.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

​

Food and beverage catering is entirely customizable. You may choose to leave everything up to us. We will arrange food through our partner Brickyard Hollow and provide a bartender for cash bar or drink ticket setup. We can offer a selection of beer, wine, seltzer, soda, water, and coffee.

​

You may also elect to provide all food and beverages for your event yourself or any combination of the two scenarios. i.e. provide your own catering and use our bartender.

EVENT PARKING

​

Ample free covered parking is located in the parking garage across the street. Free uncovered parking can be found within a few hundred feet surrounding the venue. There is also limited street parking in front of Cadenza.

 

​In short, we are prepared to do whatever is needed to make your private event memorable!
